2) Play two, forty (40) minute halves
under normal game conditions. This includes playing with the

4) If score remains tied, the game
winner will be determined by penalty kicks:

The head referee shall choose the
goal at which all kicks shall be taken.
B)
A coin toss shall be held with the
lower seeded team calling the toss. The team winning the toss shall have
the choice of kicking first or second.
C)
Each coach will select five (5)
players, on or off the field (except those who may have been
disqualified), to take the kicks. Player order of shooting is not
required.
D)
Teams will alternate kickers with
no follow-up allowed.
E)
The defending team may change the
goalkeeper prior to each kick.
F)
The team scoring the greatest
number of kicks after (5) shall be declared the winner.
5) If the score remains the same after
each team has taken five (5) kicks:
A)
No additional coin toss is
required; the same team sequence of shooting shall be used from the
prior round.
B)
Each coach will select five (5)
players, whether or not a player participated in the initial five (5)
kicks.
C)
This round will be conducted in a
sudden victory situation, wherein if one team scores and the other team
does not score, the game is ended without more kicks being taken.
6) If the score remains tied after the
second set of five (5) kicks, repeat Step 5.

play, should be played to completion from the point of interruption.
DO NOT TERMINATE THE GAME, LET THE AD'S DECIDE IF AND WHEN THE GAME WILL
BE COMPLETED. Be sure that you record all details (for example,
score, time of suspension, cards issued, how the game will restart)
about a suspended game so the assigning officials can continue the game.
